For those of you who don't know, I eat a very healthy diet. My diet consists of very little carbs (except chocolate, sprout bread, and potatoes). Well lemmie tell you... I got SO SICK after eating this pizza. It was the veggie pizza with soy cheese, so dairy was not the issue. So then I did some reasearch on the endometriosis diet and I come to find out that a very high percentage of people who have endometriosis end up developing food intolerences. The most popular one is... duh duh duh (dramatic music)... wheat!
Tragic I know! So I am really fed up (no pun intended) with being sick all the time and in pain all the time. I am going to try this endometriosis diet and really stick to it. Here is what it consists of:
Foods Not To Eat
- Red Meat
- Caffeine (... yeah right...)
- Processed Foods
- Additives and Preservatives
I would love for people to hold me accountable to this. After all my research an extreme change in diet was the only option with the most beneficial and consistent results that I have read. I would also like prayer and encouragement because I lose hope and motivation so easily. I feel like I have been trying to feel good for years now... but I am not giving up!
