Songs are upbeat, catchy, and include amazingly educational content. The music instructs kids on how to behave properly in society. For example, a whole series of songs are about dealing with conflicts within the family framework. Some of the lyrics say, "When you're getting angry, try to talk it out, listen to each other, yelling only makes things worse." The entire song leads the child through a number of scenarios they may face and provide a solution to these conflicts encouraging the child to treat everyone with respect and love despite how they are treated.
Some songs supply correct perceptions on how to love others even when they are different or unkind.
Other songs depict the glorious truth that all humans have the freedom of thought! These thoughts are controlled by the thinker and can be altered. Only the person thinking the thoughts is responsible for what their content is.
I absolutely LOVE the songs that pertain to being male and female! These songs celebrate the differences of boys and girls and specify what a male can be or do that a female cannot (such as a dad, uncle, or brother) and vise versa, yet explain that both male and female can do similar things that do not pertain to gender (such as be good at sports, cooking, dancing ect). These songs include lyrics such as, "You have to be one or the other it's true! Which one are you?" They beautifully display a healthy attitude and gratefulness toward the gender that one has been since conception.
This is our approach to child training: Don't teach your children what you're against, teach them what you're for! And we are for being who God created you to be! This ideal is supported by SmartKidzRadio.
We've touched on songs about relational issues and on the differences of genders. SmartKidzRadio has many songs supporting individual rights, freedom of speech, and the responsibility that comes with these freedoms. Terms such as "created" are used inferring the fact that all humans were created with freedoms from a Creator. These songs also point out that humans are different from animals. They correct interpreted the truth that one person's freedom stops at "the end of your nose" and that one cannot impose certain things upon other people.
Again, the principle of planting truth into the minds of children will equip them to later identify lies.
There are so many more songs that embrace the exploration of creativity and elude to it's importance in society and so much more!
The content of SmartKidzRadio is priceless and lost in our time.
I would allow SmartKidzRadio to stream while I was cooking dinner, while the kids had free time to play, while we were doing chores, and sometimes when we were out and about. Having instant access on my phone and laptop was fantastic.

Do we recommend it? 100%! After our many hours of streaming SmartKidzRadio, I never felt like it's content didn't line up with the morals our family holds. I was impressed at the lyrics in the songs that streamed and how rich in character building material they were. My kids were singing these songs and "talking themselves off the ledge", so to speak, in a number of family oppositions.
