Almond Milk
Take about 1 1/2 cups of almonds and soak in about 6-8 cups of water overnight.
In the morning add some cinnamon, vanilla, and bit of honey or other sweetener.
Blend well.
Take a cheesecloth (or kitchen towel) and pour milk through the towel catching the almond "pulp" in the cloth.
Squeeze all the milk out of the almond pulp and place pulp in a bowl.
Place milk in Glass Jar in the fridge.
Easy Raw Pancakes
Take the almond milk pulp and mix with a nut butter (almond, peanut, or sunflower seed butter).
Mix some spices that you prefer such as cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup ect.
You can add in extra things such as flax seeds or chia seeds ect.
Simply form into cakes and top with syrup, jelly, or fresh fruit.
My kids LOVE both of these!
