We are currently in Beloit, WI dropping our beloveds off at the Douglas' for two weeks. We leave for Israel on Sunday.
It is a hard, HARD thing to leave my little ones!! And for completely selfish reasons. I know that they will be just fine, have a blast and forget about me a few hours after I leave. But I miss my girls after being gone on a date for a few hours, let alone TWO WEEEKS!
I could totally use the prayers and support!
Also I am going to attempt to load pictures and blog all about our trip at the end of everyday.
Just so you know I don't think you're leaving your kids under selfish conditions. Don't be hard on yourself!
ReplyDeleteYes, they are totally fine. Yesterday I took them on a walk while my kids went door to door for candy.
BTW your kids have SOOOOO much candy! Tons! So much they got SO stick. Oh man...
Kidding...they had a mini crunch bar that they actually opened themselves and a Dum Dum sucker. Not so bad.
