- Breast-Feeding: Not so much on the hot list for my 7-month olds. They want to nurse at night and in the morning, but during the day, they aren't very interested. So I nurse them maybe 3 times a day and then pump 2-3 times and store the milk in my freezer... you should see the overwhelming amount of stored up milk!!!
- Solid Food: Very much on the hot list! Our favorite blends are carrots, peas, and corn with a dash of cinnamon. Banana and avocado with some cinnamon. Zucchini and yellow squash with some olive oil. Yogurt with rice cereal. And the favorite fruit is... drum roll please... pears! We also enjoy cheerios and cooked peas or carrots as finger foods.
- Crawling: Oh, the desperate struggle to be mobile! Just another step toward independence. It truly is a bitter-sweet thing. But, my girls haven't made it yet. They still think they are superwomen and lift their arms and legs in the air in a sorry attempt to fly to an object of interest... it's cute. Alecia gets on her hands and knees every blue moon. I think she will be the first to hit this milestone.
- The Twin Thing: The girls hold hands, have conversations, and tell each other jokes. They must have a real sense of humor because even though I don't speak baby, I seem to laugh at every joke they tell.
We cannot wait till it's warmer out! I have little matching bikinis for the girls to wear. They will be old enough to sit on the brink of the lake and eat sand! It will be so much fun!
so exciting! They're beautiful littles you have!
